I appreciated the compassion, professionalism, friendly and genuine concern about my health matter. She made sure I truly understood what was going on with my health issue.

Very excellent care, easy to speak with and very thorough in reviewing past and present history

I found Dr. Elaine Lewis to be autocratic and dictatorial. Not a good listener and was unwilling to collaborate with my sisters specialist. She is old school where doctor knows best with no patient collaboration.

I had to wait awhile eventhough I was the first patient. Dr. Lewis spent about five minutes with me and barely looked at me before diagnosing me. She did not let me ask questions nor did she tell me what prescriptions I was receiving, I had to ask the staff on the way out when I also had to ask if I needed to pay my co-pay. After work I went to pick up my prescriptions and they never called them in. Good thing thing a sinus infection is not life threating, I'd be dead.
