Called to make an appointment as new patient. She asked insurance info then put me on hold for 5 minutes, then another (rather brusque individual) picks up the phone and says "May I help you?". I said I was already on the phone with the other lady, then the insurance question again. Come to find out they don't support insurance for our military and wanted payment up front. I politely declined further discussion, but felt put off by the office personnel.
