DR PAIK IS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, GENTLE, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, GREAT LISTENER, OFFERS SOLID MEDICAL ADVICE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, HER COMBINED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTERISTICS ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I DONT CARE FOR THE PHONE SYSTEM & ALL THE OFFICE PEOPLE OR OFFICE PROCEDURE CHANGES BUT I PUT UP WITH IT BC DR PAIK IS WORTH EVERY FRUSTRATION THE OFFICE CAUSES. I KNOW THE office is TRYING TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS. Dr Paik has very little control over the administration. The location is perfect for me.

I saw Dr Paik for a cough and she told me that I was in heart failure. She never even held a stethoscope to my chest or did any kind of physical exam. She spent the entire appointment talking about herself and "How different she was than other doctors". Too bad the other doctors I saw actually listened, performed an exam, and diagnosed me with asthma. I later got a bill in the mail for $200. I paid $200 to listen to this woman talk about herself and ignore my symptoms.

I brought my mom in several different times for a bad cold, breathing issues due to asthma and each time she offer allergies pills. She has never said when to come back for a follow up. So I took my mom to the emergency room and she was diagnosed with pneumonia and lung cancer. Elaine Paik, didn't even suggest a chest xray after hearing her wheezing only allergies pills. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Paik cares about her patient individually she answer all questions concerning your health.She gives options on how to better improve your health. It helps me to set goals for my health and reach them.

Dr Peck is will listen to you AND not just throw meds at you. I

This doctor attunes her attention to the individual patients needs rather than the "one size fits all" approach. My doctor of 25 yrs. retired & Dr. Paik is the 2nd doctor I have tried since his retirement. She is definitely a keeper.
