When you rate a doctor, you also rate the staff and the way their office is run. This review reflects the full perspective. Dr. Roe authorized the refill of a prescription that I had taken for many years with excellent results. While the brand drug is very safe, the generic has serious problems and I specified that I should only be prescribed the brand. Her staff, however, prescribed the generic to my mail order service. It could not be returned, and so my insurance would not pay for a replacement. Dr Roe refused to pay for a replacement. This is not only wrong but incompetent.

Back office staff has repeatedly made serious mistakes.

She is awesome. I have only great things to say about Dr. Roe and my experience with her. I have been seeing her for a few years now, and have always been very happy with her bedside manner, knowledge, and ability to make me feel at ease.

I've been seeing Dr. Roe for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with the care I have received. She is easy to talk to and doesn't make me feel rushed through appointments. I appreciate that she explains all options to me and makes me feel that I have choices. She is straight-forward and direct but always sensitive. I give Dr. Roe my highest recommendation.
