Dr. Elaine Torres-Melendez is an outstanding prosthodontist. She is a perfectionist in every respect of her practice area and she takes the time learn exactly what type of result her patient expects and then develops a plan with the patient to achieve that result. Dr. Torres-Melendez developed a comprehensive plan to replace my top four front teeth which were damaged in an accident with an implant supported four unit bridge. The result has been amazing and I am very happy and confident with my smile! I have also received a lot of compliments from my family and friends who say that the result is very natural looking.

I have been visiting Dr. Torres- Melendez for almost 20 years since I chipped my front teeth (badly). After going from general dentist to general dentist who put caps on my teeth, and who I would have to see every 2 weeks (after they fell off), I was recommended to Dr. Torres-Melendez. I could not be happier with the care I have received over the years. Not only are these women professional and excellent at what they do, but they go above and beyond the call of duty, using the latest technology, explaining the procedure every step of the way, and tailoring treatment to each and every patient. I wish I had known the value of going to a prosthodontist for my dental issues before I sought out those in general dentistry. Although they have the best intentions, these doctors are not as qualified to give the treatment I (and many other patients) truly need. Prosthodontists receive an extra three years in school (or more) and are experts at this kind of treatment. It is absolutely… worth going to a specialist to 1) prevent future issues and complications with your teeth, 2) receive the best quality care, and 3) have the latest technologies provided to you. You don't want to have to come back for do-overs, touch ups, fixes, cover-ups (I say this from experience). Tooth replacements and restoration really require a specialists attention, especially when that specialist is Dr. Torres - Melendez and her team of fabulous, expert women. I haven't smiled this big in 20 years.

i had a serious fear of dentists before going to Dr. Melendez who is so very good at what she does; but, more important, is so caring and has made me relax totally when I am with her. Her staff is great also.

Dr. Torres-Melendez replaced a Maryland Bridge that I had had for years with a dental implant. I cannot say enough how much happier I am with the appearance and the functionality. I found her to be very communicative and extremely dedicated to work with me until the final product was truly beautiful.

No ne really looks forward to visiting the dentist. However, if you are in need of dental care, I heartily recommend Dr. ElaineTorres-Melendez. Dr. Elaine has provided dental care to me and to my wife for a period of roughly 8 years. She is a superbly well trained practitioner, has deep, current knowledge of the full range of dental treatments and options, is absolutely up-to-date on all dental therapies and technologies and is a gentle, caring individual. My wife and I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her for any and all dental needs. Dr. Torres-Melendez's staff are super competent, attentive, patient, polite and well-trained. Dr. Elaine's office is clean and comfortable and the professional complex in which her office is located offers an abundance of free parking.

I would recommend Dr. Torres-Melendez to anyone in need of prosthodontic care. She is smart, skilled, compassionate and has a sense of humor. She goes above and beyond to make the experience positive. Dr. Torres-Melendez surrounds herself with a staff that has the same warm qualities that she exhibits. You won't find a better office!
