Excellent Dr. Takes time to listen to you and explains any medical issue clearly. Very friendly with a great human touch.

Dr. Safi, as a physician, is average and is below average in personality. I continue to see him for no other reason than he's a doctor and is located close to home. If I find someone better then I will switch. My largest gripe is how they do business. My insurance allows one annual visit per year, and the office staff knows this, so I scheduled my appointment and lab and thought I was good. After the visit, I was told that this visit did not count as my annual visit and therefore I am required to pay for it myself -- my insurance does not cover it (which is a completely different issue considering how much I pay for insurance) so this five minute consult with Safi just cost me over $200. Ridiculous. I learned my lesson: ensure that we are all clear the type of visit before scheduled.
