Dr Bloom has helped me get out of my wheelchair and walking strong. She has helped me with all different kinds of health problems. She’s the best!

My hematologist retired. I needed a new MD. I read about Dr. Bloom. I scheduled an appointment. The receptionist said she would be emailing me release paperwork. Weeks later, I still no paperwork. I thought maybe she intended to send it just before the appointment. Today, I receive a call. The receptionist informs me that she has tried sending the paperwork multiple times but it bounces back. I told her i suspect she has the email address wrong. I was correct. She did. You would think that she was calling to clarify the email address, since she said she attempted to send at least 3 times, but, no! She is calling to cancel me for my first ever appointment. She said the doctor is going out of town and she would reschedule me. Unfortunately, I just skipped my infusion. One of my labs was a little high, so the staff at my old MD office also thought it was a good idea to wait until i see the new MD to ask. After all, it was only a difference of 8 days between infusion and MD appt. Well,… wonder where i will go now? Definitely a horrible first impression of this practice!
