Do Not Use Rosenberg for anything. She is the worst doctor I ever dealt with

Dr Rosenberg was more interested in completing a just-received phone call than finishing my exam. She told the caller, "i'm busy with a patient, i'll call you right back." Where upon, she said all looks goos, got up and walked out of the exam room. I had questions and followed her out, but she had her face buried in her phone Never going back.

rude, spends very little time with patients, does not answer questions, upsells beyond what is needed and then caused serious night vision problems for me with her cataract surgery that I did not have before. SHe would not take responsibility. I had to go to a different ophthalmologist to redo the cataract surgery to fix the problem at a cost of $300 OOP

Do not use this doctor ever. She does not answer questions. She does not take time. She is flippant. She made a huge costly mistkae in my crae that negatively affected my night vision until I went to a new ophthalmologist who corrected her mess.

Not a gem when it comes to interaction. She does her surgeries. Beyond that, it is as if she does not exist. And with a horribly indifferent factory style operation like Omni Eye Services as "processor of patients" there's nothing left to recommend.

She made us feel so uncomfortable in my father's post surgery exam... hope she retires earlier for the sake of the patients and family members... as a Dr she is ok she left my dad seeing a shadow

Elena Rosenberg is the most unpleasant doctor I have ever seen. She is brash, unhelpful, unprofessional with a horrid bedside manner. I would recomend her to no one and would never go back to her again! Upper West Side person

Dr. Rosenberg was kind, patient and answered my questions. After seeing two other doctors, who ere just " OK, " I realized I had found the " right" one to remove my cataracts.
