Unprofessional, only good reviews from employees that work there, they make u come in weekly so they can bill insurance yet other places in gastonia will write u for a month, plus the doc sees u for 3min doesn't ask how u are just writes scripts, I can't believe he is still in business he is unethical and half his staff look like community college rejects

Their drug clinic patients are out of control. Making family pts..nervous in waiting room..

Dirty, Rude staff, very rude office manager and very unprofessional

First, people should know that this office has a OFFICE MANAGER THAT HAS MEDICAID,AN GETS SSI... NOW HOWS THAT? BUT PUT DOWN EVERYONE WHO HAS IT... WAIT HE IS LIVING OFF OF THE DOCTORS MONEY... HE TREATS EVERYONE THERE HORRIBLE, HE THINKS THAT BECAUSE HE WEARS GLASS SHOES, THEY CANT BE BROKEN. WELL FIRST. ILL SAY. ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE.. AN IF YOU WOULD TAKE TIME TO READ IT, IT STATES CLEARLY A MAN SHOULDN'T LAY WITH A MAN..... SO NO I AM NOT A WORKER, I AM A PATIENT WHO WAS TREATED AS A CRIMINAL, GUESS SINCE YOU WAS A FORMAL INMATE YOURSELF YOUR GOOD AT THAT. THE SAD PART, IS DR.RUDISILL IS A FAIR PERSON WHEN HIS WIFE ( WITH A NEW FACE) AN SON ISN'T THERE. PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION, AN KNOW THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.

Dr.Rudisill is a great man. He is kind hearted and cares. The only problem is his stepson and wife. Both his stepson and wife are the rudest, disrespectful people you could ever meet. I've been in the office before and heard them yelling at there nurses treating them like dogs. I couldnt believe how they spoke to there nurses. You could tell how embarrassed the nurse was and wanted to cry. The office is so dirty it looks like they never clean. Everything is stacked up. You can hear everything through the walls. They have the lab area right beside where you get weighted. I felt like people was all in my privacy. I felt like everyone in the office new what I was there to be seen for. The waiting area is horrible, it's not clean there is no tv in there. You have to just sit there and look at the walls or look at a 20year old magazine. The nurses act as if they are stressed and being rushed. I felt so bad for the lady nurses. I am no longer going to this office and I would NEVER… recommend anyone going there.

Dr.Rs stepson Corey is a NIGHTMARE!!! He called me in for med. count, once cleared to leave called me back in an hour to do another count when I was already cleared. I live in Morganton. He treated me like I was selling my meds., and said I was testing positive for things I've never done. If this fellow doesn't like you or believes something in his head of you, your done. He is creepy to talk to. Don't bother telling him your story bc he will tell you your story. He expects the impossible. I currently am at another practice, have been for a year with no problems everything on track. Some of the cruel things he said to me are still in my head. This was not the place for me to to seek treatment.

I've only been with this practice a month. But I have several health issues, some chronic, some acute. I have only been seen by the PA-C, William Cabaniss, but I couldn't feel more confident that I am in the right hands. In a short period of time, I have already established a great connection with him and his nurse. He is knowledgeable, and I believe, gives excellent and adequate care. He takes the time to sit and listen to ALL I have to say. I have never felt rushed, or short changed. And if I am in the office for blood work or whatever, he takes the time to stop, say hello and ask how I am doing, without an appointment. This facility is an urgent care so you never need an appointment, just go in when you can. The wait time can vary, depending on the time of day and number of other patients. But the wait has only been "long" (45mins) one time out of five. I also like that ALL of my healthcare can be managed right there. I am elated that I chose this practice as my new primary care.… I also heard the receptionist telling a potential new patient that since they are an urgent care facility, she could come in as an urgent patient (with approval if you have Medicaid) and try it out before you make your change with your insurance. Many patients here have been with the practice for 20+yrs, so I have heard in the waiting room. I hope to have a long, healthy relationship here as well.

This dr office is disgusting I always felt like running my finger across the furniture to get the dust off. The medical equipment is something from the 1950s. They write out prescriptions left and right... The "counselor" is g-y that pockets the money you bring in, ask 50 questions about your life history and makes you out to be a liar when it comes to your medication. It's a sad story that he has that miserable of a life. They charge you 100$ a week just to talk about your life history as if it even matters. This is by far the worst dr office I have ever been to. Nasty and unprofessional!

Well now he gives out pain meds and suboxone.Isn't he something.It's all about money for him.He gets patients hooked on drugs and then tries to get them off.I have never been to such a place ..it's dirty..the staff is very unprofessional and rude.The woman that is suppose to be a PA looks like she buys her clothes at the good will.I wonder if he has any real nurses working for him..because I asked one of the girls about a health problem and she didn't know what I was talking about.Talk about hygiene I think they need to go back to school just to learn about hygiene.besides looking dirty they need to know about deodorant. I went there to get off drugs and they treated me with such disrespect..I left and never will go back.How does this place stay in business..the way they treat people.He might be rich now..but we can't take that with us when we are gone.
