Dr. Eleanor Berger Vo, MD

Great Doctor but her office is not accurate on this site as she is in Ewing, NJ. Its an hour drive but worth it. Your site should update I found out she had not been at that location for 5 years.

I was reading the previous reviews from other patients as well as reviews from health grades website. I thought I was the only one who has problems dealing with this doctor. I have the same exact problems with the Previous writer/patient. I went to this doctor to be treated and expect to feel better but I became more sick due to stress dealing with Dr. Vo and her office staffs, her office workers are very rude, they treat you as a psych patient. not as a normal person. they do not return phone calls, I was out of medications for so long. She will not refill it until my next visit. I have left messages, called my pharmacy to call Dr Vo for me for refills I still has no response, previously she changed my medications I had bad side effects with the new meds I got sicker physically, emotionally and psychologically. her office staff told me to go to the emergency room if I have problems. I have family members who works as emergency doctors and ER nurses, Going to Emergency room will not… fix my psychological problems. ER doctor will assess me whether I need to be admitted to a psych unit which I don't need, or ER doctor will recommend that I go back to my psychiatrist for follow up ASAP which is in my case it's impossible. Dr. Vo is very hard to reach. So sorry for ER doctor's they are the one who has to work harder. This is one of the reason as to why our Emergency room hospitals are overflowing , some doctors sends their patients to ER for their own convenience.

This doctor is horrible, I will not recommend anyone to see this doctor, does not care for her patient.
