Dr. Eleanore Clare Bernadas, MD

I have the worst experience with her, very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t let me explain my symptoms and prescribe me a wrong medication. She never smile.

I saw her through PlushCare.com. She seemed competent, but in a big hurry. It was nice to obtain a virtual, online appointment with her very quickly, i.e., within an hour. PlushCare.com is better than having to spend hours in a busy, waiting room of an urgent care clinic here in No. Los Angeles County/Antelope Valley. She prescribed some meds at my local pharmacy.

Poor bedside manner; only passes you to a specialist.

misdiagnosed twice! she made me feel awful even though in the end I was correct about my diagnosis! she never even apologized or checked in on me, her patient! sent to the ER twice. don't see this doctor....and I WORK FOR LEGACY!

She seems like a very angry and uncaring person. I had to see her at random for an appointment because of some new and sudden symptoms I had. She was not pleasant whatsoever, she is very brief and stern, doesn't smile. Doesn't engage. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, she doesn't seem like she even wants to be one.

Useless, inexperienced, inattentive Physician. She should be used only as a gateway to obtain referrals to see specialists. Uncaring and uncompassionate. And no, I don't need to talk to Diane Parks (from Legacy Patient Relations at 503-413-1790) to complain, nothing will happen anyway, it'll just fall through the cracks just like any other complaint does in this institution.
