* ZERO COMPASSION *Never met the man face to face . After one dialysis treatment a situation arose where I felt unsafe and felt my health was at risk . The operator phoned the on call doctor which was Dr Chapouleas . He phoned me back very angry that he was called while walking his dog . Yelling at me that this was not a emergency and that he should not be called for this issue .I told him stop yelling at me and talking over me .He then told me to find a third clinic to transfer too and HUNG UP on me It's rough being on hemo dialysis this doctor has zero compassion and time towards a patient . He resolved the problem the next day by kicking me out of the clinic with 30 days to find a new one .With his aggressive attitude and dominant Alpha male stance towards me I will try to find a clinic ,most of them are 4x further .

Dr. Chafouleas is always willing to take the time necessary to explain how he arrives at his decisions and how they are expected to affect the patient. Excellent visits, time after time. I marked the "Follow-up after visit" section as a 5 only because no follow-ups have been indicated but I'm sure that if it were deemed appropriate, he would have..
