Elle is everything a Dr should be! She delivered both my vbac girls. She protected my rights and well-being (as well as my babies) she keep us safe despite pressure from a selfish jerk of a surgeon. it’s a shame the hospital Administration doesn’t have the same values as her. What a disservice to women Canton Potsdam does with there vbac ban!!! I’ll never forget her and hope my daughters get the same care and respect when they have there own as she gave to me! Honestly think these 1 star ratings are fake as h*ll

I would like HIGHLY recommend Dr.O’Garro as a kindest, most caring and professional physician that I have had privilage to know. Dr.O’Garro delivered my baby and I am forever grateful. She listens to any concerns I had have and answers all of them and makes me feel comfortable and feel I am in good hands. I am truly blessed to found such a great doctor.

She stepped in when my original OBGYN dropped the ball. She is the reason why I am alive still and my beautiful son was delivered safely. She took me on as a patient when I was a week and a day overdue and gave me her word she would deliver my baby and she did. She's wonderful.
