Dr. Elena Altshuler, MD

Dr. Altshuler was my children's pediatrician from birth. She was always thorough as well as caring. My children and I looked forward to seeing her annually. My children are now adults and the hunt is on for a new primary. The next doctor will have large shoes to fill. As of yet they found no one to compare. Thank you Dr. Altshuler for your many years of professionalism and care.

Our infant son has only been seeing Dr. Altshuler for a little while, but he got sick for almost two weeks during this time, so we've already had a lot of contact with her. We've been amazed at what a great doctor she is. She was surprisingly good about following up with us regularly on the phone to check on our son's progress when he was sick. At one point, she made a special trip to her office on a Saturday night just to have a look at him and make sure he was not dehydrated. We have felt that she is extremely attentive and responsible. Beyond this, Dr. Altshuler strikes us as being very knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and patient. We feel really fortunate that our son is in her care.

I have a newborn baby and I am so glad we found dr Altshuler. She is an excellent doctor and feel very safe to leave the care of my daughter in her hands. She is thorough and makes sure to follow up with you whenever needed. She never rushes any visits and always seems happy to answer any questions you have. The staff is courteous. Twice I had to take my daughter to see the doctor and each time I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. I cannot say enough about their care and professionalism.

We came to Dr. Altshuler from a large pediatrics practice. The staff at Dr. Altshuler's office always finds time for us to be seen quickly when our son needs medical attention and we're always seen on time during wellness visits. We like Dr. Altshuler because she listens to our concerns. Our son really likes her because Dr. Altshuler makes check-ups fun!

My daughter saw Dr. Altshuler for the 5 years we lived in princeton. She is a knowledgeable caring woman who doesn't try to push a pill at you every time you go with a problem. She speaks directly to the child and helps them to understand what is happening and the expectations of them so they can get better and stay healthy. What a wonderful pediatrician. Well visits are great!! You call and can be seen the same day.

I am a nurse, and take both of my sons to see Dr. Altshuler. She is wonderful with them, and I appreciate that she has a conservative approach in general. She is in practice with one other physician, so they know your children well (not seeing a different doctor any time they are sick). She is excellent with follow-up and I would highly recommend her.
