Dr. Chebanova is my primary doctor. She has proven highly professional, effective, and aleays treat me and my family with courtesy and respect. Her scheduling is flexible and waiting times are short. My insurance lead me to her as I have an HMO. It's a unique environment for me because the staff and most of the patients are Russian and speak Russian. I actually found it pretty pleasing that I couldn't understand any side talk at the Drs office, I couldn't hear any bad news or how bad someone felt, I was in my own world. The staff of course speaks great English when it comes to communicating with me. I've visited this office about 5 times over the past year and never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes. The lady that does the lab work and draws blood was great, I had no bruising and she found my vain on the first go. I hate having blood drawn but if I have to do it, I want someone like this working on me!

As a new resident to Aurora, my first visit with a new doctor was beyond my expectations. Dr. Chebanova really took a lot of time reviewing my medications and current health problems. I was very comfortable and she answered all my questions which were many. The staff was pleasant and courtesy. I'm looking forward to my next visit
