Worst doctors experience I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT see this doctor.

I really like Dr. Ferran. She is kind, smart and it is obvious that she really cares about her patients. She's helped me where other doctors have failed. But I've left messages with her office and/or messaged her thru the patient portal when I was in pain and did not hear back for almost a week. Also, when I've had appointments, I've waited on average for an hour. My employer is understanding - to a point.

Dr. Ferran is a wonderful, kind, compassionate doctor. I first saw her many years ago and even though I moved out of the area, I have never found another doctor I like as much, so I make special trips back to the city to see her. She spends so much time explaining and researching things and answering my questions. She truly cares and has an excellent bedside manner.
