Dr. Elena Forouhar

Worst experience I've ever had with a physician. Saw her two times. Kept me waiting over an hour each time. All the reasons I was referred to see her never got addressed. Incorrectly ordered medications, tests etc. Waited nearly a month simply to get her to read test results even after trying to reach her weekly. No clarity in her treatment plans and every visit she presented herself scattered. My health has worsened because of her incompetent care. I don't think she should be practicing medicine any longer. Stay away at all costs.

Dr. Forouhar is a good doctor. So far I have seen her 3 times without any issues. She listens to your concerns and addresses them. I am seeing her for diabetes. I have seen improvements in just 3 visits. She return telephone calls promptly. Also, she she has a great staff inn the Riverdale, MD location.

She is a very knowledgable and caring endocrinologist. Just the best I needed to take care of my situation. She listened carefully to my medical history, diabetes course and barriers in life. She tried find best options for my treatment to make it easy for me to follow. She answered all my questions and made sure to explain all I needed to know. SHe made it very simple and easy for me to take charge in controling my diabetes. Definitely I would recommend her to everybody who is not happy with their diabetes management.

She experiments new drugs on her patients. I had severe allergic reactions.
