Have done deep cleaning ,extractions ,root canals , bridge work, implants. Phenomenal work. She goes outside of her comfort zone to please her patients. Bad reviews come out of people who never even were clients or associates of those non clients.

She takes time to listen and tries to get to the bottom of a problem. Would recommend without a doubt.

Dr Katz is thorough and genuinely caring when dealing with her patients. She takes time to listen. In response to some of the comments regarding the office not being technically friendly and not accepting medical records that are available only on the phone or via email, this may be the policy of the office/medical center as I've encountered elsewhere. I would highly recommend her as a physician in no time.

Dr. Katz is not a good doctor at all please save your time and go somewhere else you will be disappointed by her service as I was. I went to her for a a checkup and she refused to see me because I had my report emailed to her by my doctor and the reason she gave me for not seeing me was that she don’t have time too look it up on her computer I should have printed them out for her. I explained her that my doctor would not give me the reports saying they can only send it to another doctor but she took my money and refused to see me and told me to come back with printed reports next time. She was very rude and unprofessional the whole time. I would not recommend her to anyone.

The Rego Park location gives a lot of wait time I got an appointment after a month and when I finally went for the appointment they made me wait for almost 4 hrs. Then when the doctor called me in I didn’t had the blood reports printed on paper but I had them in my phone. She said she do not likes to review the blood results over the phone. If that was case when they give me the reminder call they should have informed me that they are not tech friendly. When I asked them that I will email my reports to them they said doctor won’t read it. Then I asked them that can I print at the hospital or any where near a facility so I can bring the printed blood work reports. THe staff didn’t helped me any of the above possibilities. So I left the hospital with out seeing the doc after 4 hrs
