Doesn't want to talk to families

So incredibly rude, does not respect the patient, makes no attempt to listen to the patient when trying to describe their health concerns - told me my seizures were non existent and that it was all in my head (no pun intended). Went to a different Neuro with a much better patient history and found out it was sub category of epilepsy...AVOID THIS DOCTOR

My time working with Dr. Robinson has been a nightmare. My initial appointment with her lasted 20 minutes where she repeatedly told me I was uneducated about my headaches and proceeded to tell me I never should have had a surgery . She did not take any patient history, just continued to lecture me about the four different types of headaches. I really wanted to be able to listen to her and learn from her experience, but her belittling approach and lack of professionalism made it very difficult to hear her messages. Since that appointment I have been following up with her staff on a weekly basis for the last five months in hopes to have the proper paperwork submitted for my care. I have been denied approval for the treatment she suggested due to lack of medical history, which she neglected to take. Her staff is unprofessional, rude and cannot seems to get their act together unless I call regularly to remind them of the steps they need to take so I can receive care. As someone who has… lived with a chronic headache for the last 15 years I was hoping Dr. Robinson could help me find a treatment to manage my pain. I now know that she is not the doctor that will help me in my process and I hope no other patient has to be belittled in her office!

I loved this doc! She listens, is respectful, tries everything that might help and is always willing to help.

I took my wife who was injured in a bus accident and suffered brain injury. Her bedside manner was atrocious, it was a 'wham bam' appointment. Hardly asked enough questions to have even tried to make a diagnosis. How fast can a person say "transfer my file please"... She is not getting good reviews in Seattle. Maybe we expect higher standards here.

Dr Robinson ismy life saver.. I could not function before her. I am now workign full time and minimal pain. Could not have gotten this far with out her undstanding and patience to find out why I was having issues.The BEST doctor I have ever had !!

Dr Robinson is knowledgeable, cuts to the chase her specialty is full of neurologist that have no clue how to treat someone suffering serious TBI, and Complex Migraine disorder. Robinson is directly responsible for saving my life Many neurologists failed me she on a level few can match!!Basically if your not willing to work with a doctor and come to her with a preconceived treatment you may be disappointed work with her and she will do her best to make sure you live the best life possible in todays medicine. If your working the system she not your doctor!

Dr. Robinson is rude, unprofessional, unreliable, and anything but compassionate. I have waited up to two hours to get in to see her. Her office staff, especially Marla, is also rude and unprofessional. There were times when the doctor would leave the examining room and I would hear her make snide comments about me to her staff and their resulting laughter was humiliating. I applied for disability benefits while under Robinson's care and asked for her help. Many times my paperwork was "lost" when it was sent to her office, or she would say something would be ready by a certain date and it never was. I could never reach her on the phone. Even though she said she would help she was very uncooperative and gave very little information, resulting in disapproval of my benefits due to her lack of sufficient documentation. When I asked for more detailed help she refused and her rudeness and bad attitude discouraged me from ever coming back. I had to rely on my primary care doctor to help get… my disability retirement approved. Once I had the right doctor my benefits were approved quickly. If you have a choice, see another neurologist. This one may ruin your life.

I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson for headache care. Her bedside manner is sometimes hard to read, but once you get to know her, you will respect her expertise. She's great at explaining what she is doing and the followup that she wants.
