Shows up 35 mins late for a 40 min appt. Awful. Do not seek care from her.

Doctor Elena Trukhacheva,always late 1hour late to all procedures,in case of emergency you can't reach her, since she doesn't give her phone number to patients, she or her staff doesn't respond to emails also. She acts like she is still a doctor in russian hospital back in soviet union.. We have lost our child because of that soviet bit..h. Never ever again!

This clinic does not explain anything about the IVF process. If you don't ask a ton of questions, they expect you to know what the doctor knows. I went thru a few rounds of IVF here with zero success. The doctor gave me the same protocols all 3 rounds! I was not even aware that they can change up your protocols and higher or lower your medication doses based on age. They did not even recommend vitamins and supplements. I had to depend on youtube and facebook groups to get so much information that they never told me. This has been such a roller coaster of emotions and if you want a clinic who actually explains the process and is compassionate, this is NOT the one. I have consulted with other clinics and the first thing they tell me is what vitamins and supplements to start on and which lifestyle changes will help in the process. Nothing like this was ever suggested with RMI. I actually spoke to the Dr. 3 whole times in the 6 months I worked with them. She is always running at least an… hour late and is not approachable. After seeing how other clinics treat their patients, I really wish I did not waste precious time with RMI.

She gave wrong advice. I was doing my own research on the internet and knew her advice was way off from what I was reading online. But I thought my anecdotal internet research is missing something and I should trust the advice of the doctor. It turned out the doctor was giving completely wrong advice. I hate to say it but you should trust the internet, not the doctor.

Has been the absolute worst experience of my life. As another reviewer mentioned in an earlier post, trying to get pregnant is stressful enough. The nurses do not return phone calls or emails and instead tell u to check the portal to find out about the potential results of bringing a new human being into the world. I have been hung up on by the receptionists and flat out lied to by the nurses. I am in between cycles right now and am seriously considering switching clinics. I can't take this undo stress, I have cried more in the past few months than I have in a lifetime due to the down right rudeness and lack of bedside manner by the staff. It's truly unbelievable- it sickens me..literally. Do not waste your time or money- trust me- u will be highly disappointed. The ONLY positive thing I will say is that I trust the doctor and have high confidence in her skill level- that is the only saving grace right now although I begged a nurse to have her call me this afternoon and she never did-… I expected nothing less. Again do not waste your time, money, or sanity for these ill-mannered individuals. To put it very simple- they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Absolutely most horrible experience. Expected to wait for about 2 hours every time. Nurses and Dr T are very hard to reach and hardly return any of their calls. The process of getting pregnant is hard enough and stressful. I don't need a dr that doesn't communicate results with me. Will be going somewhere else.

Dr. T and Team RMI were great to work with! We got pregnant in 6 months under her care and expertise and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them!

They treat you as a money making account, not as patient. They try to take as many accounts as possible Dr. T always late for appointment, could be 1 hour or more. Nurse is busy and very forgetful, missing prescription and do not return your voice mail. you have to keep close eyes on everything.

Dr. Trukhacheva is an excellent physician. She is compassionate, understanding and gives you all the time that is needed when you are her patient. Her success rates are excellent and her knowledge of genetics is unbelievable.
