Elham Amini, DDS
Dr. Amini received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from the College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. During her time in dental school, she was selected for a fellowship program to perform cosmetic, restorative, and prosthetic procedures including implants. In addition to a strong academic background, Dr. Amini maintained an active extracurricular schedule and was involved in performing volunteer dentistry with different organizations such as Operation Smile.
Attending many lectures, workshops and continuing education courses each year keep Dr. Amini at the forefront of dentistry, ensuring that she is providing the highest level of care for her patients. Dr. Amini is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Southern Maryland Dental Society. Dr. Amini has also been recognized by the Consumers Research Council of America as America’s Top Dentist for 2003 and 2005.
