My experience with Dr Arous and indeed with the entire staff has been nothing short of a blessing. His manner is exceeded only by his knowledge and skill.

I’m totally satisfied with the office staff/nurses and of course the doctor. I was very well informed when I left the office. All of my fears were put aside once dealing with everyone. I give my highest recommendation to anyone in need of their services

Dr. Arous is an excellent doctor. He was articulate, knowledgeable, patient and caring. He took the time to explain what had taken place as the result of my injury . His ability to convey information in a way that was definitive was reassuring. At a point where all other information had been vague and concerning, I was able to receive information from him that resolved my concerns snd gave me the ability to allay the stress this ongoing issue had created. He scheduled an ultrasound while I was there, which was instrumental in putting this to rest the same day, rather than my having to return at s later date. Which was a relief, it was a long process of appointments and diagnostic procedures over more than a year with other doctors to get to this point. More delays would have been frustrating and became unnecessary with this appointment. So I am grateful to him for this. It was an excellent experience.

I came to Dr. Arous in 2007 as a very young 17 year old patient needing cardio-thoracic surgery. He is kind, and is very easy to understand about your surgery and prognosis. I'm writing this 6 years later with no problems or recurrences (knock on wood) of the way my body was before I had surgery.

Dr Arous is honest about your prognosis and leaves you with the confidence that the best possible medical treatment is being utilized for your care.
