Dr. Elias Ignacio Banuelos, MD

I once worked at this office and was told that as I worked that that my family would be taken care of being insurance wasnt a option... Now that I was let go I have received a 300 bill for my husband who was quote supposed to be family part of the deal.. Now my family is fired from the practice with no letter and now my husband who is in need of medication which cant live without has been denied a visit and I wasnt aware he was even fired... But apparantly I was left a voice mail which is in no way professional... so this experience for this office was horrible

I am bipolar and have been so for the past 20 years, but unmedicated for most of it. I went to a psych doctor that ended up doing more harm than good and I was deep into one of the most severe depressive episodes I had ever endured. 2 years of isolating myself, not eating, sleeping or in bed every moment I was home. Dr Banuelos is the kind of doctor that sets the standard for others, he has such a caring bedside manner and I truly feel he cares. He prescribed me a new medicine for depression and its only been two weeks and I am already heading back to my old self!! It is so nice to have hope once again. He saved my life

Dr Banuelos took care of my Daughter and I love how easy it is to get a sick appointment and the wait time is minimal. Office staff is also good at what they do.

Dr Banuelos always spends time with me explaining and educating which a lot of other doctors don't do. He does not rush or treat me like a number. The lady that ran the front office was NOT his wife and she was fired quite awhile ago. She was crazy. The lady there now is wonderful. I have been going to Dr Banuelos since he was at his previous practice.

Do not visit this Dr. His method of healing is to simply convince you there's nothing wrong. Guess what? There really are sick people.
