Dr. Elias Nnamdi Ezike, MD

I have been using Dr. Manuel for all 3 of my kids for the past 15 years. I have NEVER waited 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment. I also have NEVER had to reschedule an appointment not just once but twice. The staff is as always very friendly and apologetic and he is a really thorough doctor but the wait is ridiculous.

Liked it at first and went here since my son was a few days old and until he was almost 7 months. But he had some blood work done and could quite possibly have a blood disorder that runs in the family and its like no big deal to them when it should be taken very seriously. I could never get any of my questions answered when I returned calls and wasnt able to ever talk to the person who contacted me in the first place who actually seemed like they knew what they were talking about. I got tired of the run around, not being told what the results were, having a doctor who did not answer all of my questions, got tired of being asked the same question about 5 times every time i went in, and not to mention the waiting!!! everytime i went in its like it got worse. i would sit in the waiting room for an hour at least and then sometimes in the patient room for a half hour. its a nice clean facility but you would think with that many doctors they would be a little quicker. i ended up going to… someone else and im much happier

Very caring and interested, took time to make sure he had all the right records and information. Like most of the doctors at Beaumont Pediatrics, good at dealing with children and making them feel at ease.
