Dr. Elias Fares likes to play detective, solving problems that may affect the whole body and working with other physicians to find a cure to an illness. As a board-certified infectious disease specialist, he comes to TriHealth with six years of experience at a health system in Pennsylvania, where he was division chief. He also served at Drexel University College of Medicine as an assistant professor.Dr. Fares specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. He is particularly interested in joint and bone infections, central nervous system infections and travel medicine.
