Dr. Elias Flores Sanchez, MD

I have received very good service from the staff, practioners, and Doctor Sanchez. I have seen all of them and each time I have had a positive experience. They are always courteous and well informed. I am pleased!!

Very knowledgeable, informative, parient and caring.

I really wanted to like this doctor's office. My first experience went excellent, as I told them I wanted a doctor who actually cared and the nurse practitioner took her time with me and said I'd have no issues there. The second time I went, the other younger nurse practitioner was excellent and I didn't even have to tell her anything, she was very helpful. This third and final time I went, the same older nurse practitioner from my first visit attended me. Mind you, I have to pay full price for my visits before reaching my insurance deductible of $5k, so I would like to get as much taken care of as I can. She obviously didn't remember me and as I told her I had 3 things to address. She said she can only address 2 of the items because she didn't have enough time. Unacceptable. I am going to my new doctor's office today, so disappointed in doctor's now a days it seems as if all they want is money.

Incompetent and rude front staff, especially Sandra, always has a rude demeanor and poker face. She is in the wrong field. Dr. Sanchez, as well as his staff should remember that the patients are the ones that pay their salary. I should know, work as an RN Case Manager at a big insurance company, and I always have to deal with morons like the ones at dr. Sanchez office. They never know anything when you call regarding issues with the members. Patients should know that the hold up for their referrals happen at their Dr. office, because they can never submit anything correctly (lack of comprehension) and can't spell. I had an appointment today, and called yesterday to confirm; was told at 4:45pm. I get there and Sandra tells me you're late; your appointment was at 4:15 pm . I told her that I was told the day before, it was at 4:45 by Inez. Sandra responded "what do you want me to do." I was about to hit her with a frying pan, but I left mine at home. I have referred so… many family and friends, after they've been to the office; they have the same complain as my ratings and my comment. I guess this is the quality of people that Dr. Sanchez can afford. It doesn't suprise me, given that the staff has mediocre education. All for the mighty dollar!!! Right, Dr. Elias Sanchez.

Dr. Sanchez is the best Dr. I've had, his staff is great. He is so knowledgeable. His treatment work, Thank you Dr. Sanchez!!!!

It is impossible to get ahold of this doctor. Find someone else. Always have to wait to even speak to someone in the office. Yesterday, I was on hold for over 15 minutes before anyone helped me. I was calling because they have not provided paperwork that was due two weeks ago!!! He must be way too busy.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.

Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful doctor, however his front office staff is horrible. Every time I call his office, the receptionist' never triage the call yet answer the phone rapidly and put me on hold. To top it off, I've waited over ten minuets on the phone to ask them their office hours. Oh and if you arrive ten minuets late, expect to see the doctor in about three hours. I definitely know that the front office say a lot about a doctor!

bueno mi comentario es, me siento contenta con el doctor ha sido un doctor muy eficas en lo que cree que uno como pasiente tiene,despued de cambiarme casi como 5 doctores , he encontrado el doctor que se toma el tiempo para hablar de mis problemas de salud ,por eso me tome la decicion de quedarnos mi esposo y yo con el doctor Elias , lo unico es que es muy dificil hacer las sitas con el , es lo unico que ami se me hace dificil esperare semanas hasta encontrarlo , hemos tomado la decicion de que nos asista liana pena , es una exelente doctora, pero el doctor ha sido mas directo a buscar el problema a fondo cualquier enfermedad y eso es lo que a muchos noa ha salvado quizas llegar a otra enfermedad severa por eso yo siempre,lo recomiendo a mis fam, y amigas .. gracias dorct Elias y liana por ser los doct , que son y yo les daria un 100 a su trabajo que Dios los bendiga ...
