no urgency when it pertains to getting back with patients follow-ups

Went to this office for 2 visits in early pregnancy. Moved away for circumstance beyond control and had to return for the same reason. Made a follow up appointment and was accepted to come to the office for a visit just to receive a text 2 weeks later saying I am no longer accepted as a patient. I am almost 30 weeks still looking for an obgyn that will take me in South Florida. This doctor and his office staff left me out to dry with no empathy or sympathy for my situation. When I called to inquire about an appointment they should have told me then I couldn't be seen there. Now I hope I dont have to deliver with some random MD on call who doesn't know me or my history. I should probably talk to an attorney about my opinions.

After a month I did my pap smear and various phone calls and cancellations I go the the clinic to get my result and after sitting in the waiting room for two hours I was told my resulta were lost and had to do another test. This is not acceptable for a clinic. So be careful. Don’t go to this Dr.

My exam was a preventative exam - 100% covered by insurance. Much to my surprise, the doctor claimed in owed $100 CASH before he would see me. I should have left at that point except that my insurance did not have many physicians listed who were taking patients. Well, Florida Blue paid the contracted amount; now, I have to fight for my $100 back. Insurance Regulators here I come!

I absolutely loved Dr. Dumeny. He was so patient, kind and explained everything so that I could understand.

This place looks really bad and rundown. People were running around just to find a functioning blood pressure cuff to take my blood pressure. The doctor does no come to the room to see you. Instead he sends for you to come and sit in his office while he is on his computer and never looks up at you. Nor does he address issue from notes taken by his student interns. so impersonal for someone you expect to deliver your baby.

I have never had a worse experience. Appointments are long and his staff can never follow through on what they say they will do and you constantly have to call and ask but no one knows what's going on...ever. Dr comes in after scheduled appointments and always seems distracted and tired. Does not seem to care about his patient except for the money he can earn from seeing them.

I love this doctor he delivered practically my whole family with no complications and all natural births

First of all I wanna thank him for everything. He has a lot of patience. He is so nice and the staff too. Its been a pleasure to be her patient. He is so kind he knows how to treat their patients. If I have to refer somebody to an OB Gyn I will choose him. He is the best!!!
