Dr. Elie Fein, MD

I have been treated by Dr. Fein for 17 years. He diagnosed my kidney disease and kept me off dialysis for 8 years with medication. He recommended me to a doctor at N Y Presbyterian who is an expert in my condition and between the two of them they came up with a program to slow down the disease. When there was little else that could be done and dialysis was the only option he sent me to the Rogosin Institute for treatment. Fortunately before having to go on dialysis my wife was found to be a match. Dr. Fein has continued treating me consulting with nephrologist at Rogosin as necessary with respect to my anti-rejection drugs. The best thing about him is that he is prepared to collaborate with other doctors as necessary to give one the best treatment.

Dr. Elie Fine was exceptional in treating our Mother when she had renal failure and assured us that she will be cured with temporary dialysis during her stay at Maimonides Medical Center. We were grateful when he proved to be correct with his compassionate, caring and professional advice and care! We appreciate and recommend Dr. Fine, a very humble physician.
