I visited this doctor for a physical and the upselling of unnecessary tests and prescriptions started immediately even though I have no medical concerns or health related problems. I sensed no real concern for me and my health, just an opportunity to inflate the insurance claim. This is a clear conflict of interest so I will not return.

Stopped doing bloodwork during the pandemic forcing me to expose myself to a greater number of medical professionals and putting me at a greater risk of infection . Felt my health & my time were not a concern of this group . Dr. Francis himself is a caring & competent Dr. I have since switched Dr.

I needed a new PCP so I went to Dr. Francis' in Tarentum for a physical. The staff there is so friendly and nice from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Francis himself. I get nervous going to doctors and they all made me feel at ease. Dr. Francis is so kind and laid back. I felt so comfortable talking about my health. I'm so glad I found them!

Best physician I've ever had!

Very poor experience. Doctor, nurses, and office staff including office manager all were very unhelpful and rude. Was seen for well visit too. Will never return to that medical group!

much better experience at Springdale office vs Tarentum office- more personalized, less hectic environment where all needs are met and time is not rushed. Dr Francis has very good demeanor and will listen to and address all concerns.

I called and said I was a new patient to which the receptionist said the doctor had openings in the morning. I then said I need to check my schedule and that I would call back. I called back 5 minutes later and the same person said that he does not have any morning openings for new patients but had afternoon openings. I said she just told me he had morning openings and she disagreed and said that she only said that he has openings and never said 'morning openings'!! wow! It's time to hire some new staff.
