I had gone yo Dr. Mansour for 3 years. He is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr with a great bedside manner. My issue is with the office staff! They never do the paperwork necessary to have any tests he requests done. They blame the insurance co! When I called the insurance about it, they told me they had nothing from his office. They are rude and almost never answer the phone! Dr. Mansour needs a much better support staff!

Most caring and attentive doctor I’ve ever encountered by far. Taking time to explain what I’m going through and what I should.expect in the coming days. The follow up was impressive and the care beyond expectations and all that without even physically seeing me. He basically saved my life.

1. No communication 2. Defensive if ask a question. 3. Everyone there gives different answers to questions. 4. Misdiagnosed, wring/harmful meds. Only redemming quality is one person who works there seems to know what they are doing and cares. Unfortunately it's not the doctor.

After waiting for one hour, I asked the receptionist if it was going to be much longer. Since I live only 5 minutes away, I would prefer to wait at home. I was assured it would not be much longer. Well when it hit the two hour mark, I asked for my co-pay back and left. No apology, no reason given for the wait, did not ask to reschedule me, just simply gave me my $ back.

He seems very indecisive in prognosis, slow and lied when he said he would call a prescription in to the pharmacy, he never did and the office staff gave me the run around first saying they did send it and then claimingh they did not know what the scripts were and nothing was sent to the pharmacist.

I have been seeing Dr. Mansour for over 15 years. He is absolutely wonderful. Yes, the wait time can be long but that is because Dr. Mansour spends time with your patients. He listens to EVERYTHING you are saying and responds. Id rather wait longer and have the doctor be knowledgable and take the time to listen to me, than it be quick. Dr. Mansour explains everything regarding your condition and performs the necessary tests to help you. The office staff is absolutely wonderful.
