The office is very pretty and staffs are very friendly. Dr. Nataki is very knowledgeable and really helped me with my pain. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Be careful if you visit him. On my second visit I was lucky enough to get a copy of my case notes from my first visit and they were filled with misinformation. Little things like my marital status was wrong but then I saw that Dr. Ntaki didn't include anything I told him about my diagnosis or flat out lied about what he included. I have seen several GP's since 2006 for my condition as well as two neurologists and a neurosurgeon who all agreed with my diagnosis. This diagnosis was also confirmed by a battery of tests. Dr. Ntaki changed my diagnosis during a 30 minute appointment with no tests to back up this opinion other than by saying he knows better than other doctors. He was wrong and I feel he did more harm to me than good. Be aware! He acted like he is listening but what he included in his case notes bore little resemblance to what I told him. I am still in pain and without a pain management doctor but even though I am in pain I feel it was better for me to fire him as my… pain management doctor and just endure what I am going through.
