Dr. Backman received her medical degree from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. This was followed by a residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals and a fellowship in body imaging at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The Imaging Center at Holy Family Hospital is a joint venture with Inland Imaging and brings together highly skilled professionals as well as sophisticated CT, MRI and ultrasound diagnostic equipment in one convenient location.
