Worst pediatric visit ever. Anrp tried retractin my three month olds forskin and would not stop until I demanded. The office is filthy with old dirty broken toys and torn books. I honestly felt the bugs crawling on me. There were empty chip bags shoved in a corner and the nurse weighed my son in while snacking.

Extremely happy with my childs care.Knowledgeable and caring pediatrician.

Dr. Miranda is VERY kind. I understand she has a lot of patients to see, but I don't feel she spends enough time with my son. She has never once asked me if I have any questions. I'm new to this Mommy thing and I almost always have to flag her down before she walks out the the patient room to get my questions answered. The lady at the front desk isn't very pleasant. I wouldn't say she's exactly rude, but far from friendly. I almost always wait an hour and sometimes more for my son to be seen. Don't bother getting there early, it won't make a difference. I also needed blue and yellow forms to submit to daycare. I offered to pay for the envelope and postage and they refused to mail it to me. I'm going to have to miss close to 2 hours of work to pick up the forms. The office is small and minimally cleaned.

This office is nasty so is the staff I choose to take charge over how i spend my money and she will never get another dime.She does just enough to get by which is not enough for my children.If you want good care go somewhere else..

I have been taking my kids to Dr Miranda for a long time. She is a wonderful Dr but I have not seen her for over a year. Before you always knew you would see her or the other great Dr that was with her. Now she has such a turnover you don't know who you will see. With my kids having some medical issues I don't like having to go over it every time a new Dr comes. I don't have anything against ARNP's but I want my child to see a pediatrician, that is why I take them to a pediatrician's office. My last visit I was there for almost 2 hours and that is not acceptable!

Doctor Miranda is a wonderful doctor but some of her front office staff could use a lesson in ettiquette, very rude person working at the front desk at my last visit with my child. also same person was rude on the phone.

The office staff are nice and professional, however, EVERY TIME I set an appointment, anytime in the day my wait is ridiculus! You wait 40 minutes past your appointment in the waiting room then another 40 minutes in the patient room. Unbelievable. My time is valuable also.

Dr. Miranda has been my daughter's physician for eighteen years now. She has only received excellent care when we have needed to see Dr. Miranda, which has been often. I thank God for Dr. Miranda. Her staff has also been excellent!
