Very unprofession doctor aNd staff, would not recommend to anyone that values your health

Terrible physician

We (husband/wife) had gone to her from the time she took over the practice of a previous doctor. We really liked her and felt she was compassionate, caring and had a good relationship with her. We began to notice a change the last 3-4 years before we stopped seeing her. Less attentive, more dismissive. When I went to her with an issue one time she just shrugged at me like she didn't have an answer. The straw that broke the camel's back was an erroneous diagnosis. We requested to try some things and come back a month later for retesting before starting her recommendations. She agreed but turned right around and ordered medications and classes that we didn't want to consider until after the retesting. Come to find out our blood work got mixed up and the wrong person was diagnosed. That same visit the issue that she didn't have an answer for 3 years ago, was brought up and rudely suggested surgery. We really miss the doctor she was and wish we knew what happened to change her… because we have not found another one we like as well as what she used to be.

I told her about symptoms I was having and that i was involved in a lawsuit because of them. The lawsuit had nothing to do with and she dismissed me as a patient. I was asking her for help with the symptoms and she kicked me aside as if i did something wrong. I can't stess how hurt I am by this. I had been a patient of hers for years. I went to her for help and she slammed the door in my fCe because of a lawsuit that has nothing to do with her or her practice. Plus, when her office manager told me about the reason. She had the details of the conversation wrong which tells me she wasn't listening to me. What a betrayal. I trusted her only to be treated like dirt!

I am 62 years old and Dr. Haley is one of the most caring doctors I've ever been seen by. She is very attentive to her patients. She takes the time to listen and has never been in a rush when I've had to see her. Waiting time in her waiting room is minimal. Her nurse, Stacey is just as caring and concerned. I am very pleased with the care and service I receive from Dr. Haley and her staff.

Dr. Haley has been my doctor for about 5 or 6 years and I believe she is one of the best physicians I've encountered. She is caring, knowledgeable and explains things in a manner so that I better understand. She doesn't hesitate referring you to a specialist if she feels it's needed. I've recommended her to several people who are as pleased with her and her nurse, Stacy, as I am.

Prompt attention, Spends more than enough time and listens to what I have to say - gives me the courtesy of treating me as an intelligent adult. Very accurate with diags. and treatments and will follow up on all tests and treatments.
