Dr. Elisa Elaine Washburn, DO

Easy to get an appointment, receptionists and medical assistants are very nice. It was the first appointment, and I had been told the doctor would take time (over 1 hr, I was told) to know me and my issues. It didn't turn out that way, unfortunately. She just mechanically went through the questionnaire list for medical issues. The whole meeting was over in about 30 minutes. She didn't seem to care much to know me or my issues. I think I'll keep looking for a better PCP.

I had a medical event in Sept. 2020 and I was able to see Dr. Washburn six weeks later. She ran some labs, did not know what to make of the results, did not order follow up labs and did not refer me to a specialist. I now know I should have been referred to a neurologist immediately. It's a year later and I'm being evaluated by a neurologist now and I've wasted valuable time and been subjected to unnecessary suffering.

I picked Dr. Washburn because was rated high on promptness. I found that the reason she was so prompt is because she does not listen to her patients.

I met Dr Washburn in the ER after an accident involving a flight of stairs! :l I fell in love with her bedside manner, professionalism and thoroughness. She is really an amazing doctor. Right away she referred me to a specialist and a year later I am nearly perfect! :)

Dr. Washburn is the best PCP I've ever had.

Makes eye contact,she is very warm and caring.sound medical approach,but also looks at alternatives.

Dr. Washburn really listens to and cares about her patients.

She cannot listen...has her own agenda going throughout the session, Doesn't know that she doesn't know. Stay clear if you know anything about your condition or if your information is going to challenge her in any way.
