Dr. Elisabeth Ann Casario, DO

Truly disappointing experience with her. I rarely go to a doctor, as I rarely get sick and only do if absolutely necessary. She had a jaded, dismissive and distrustful attitude right from the beginning. I explained my symptoms for 3 mins and she already didn't want to hear anything else, as if I was a patient who comes in and bothers her on a regular basis. She claimed my symptoms did not match her assessment (which was nothing more than a look in my mouth). So arrogantly said that I should be fine to go to work, and very reluctantly gave a work excuse when I asked because I have lightheadedness and extra fatigue unlike anything in the past. And if I don't feel better I should look for another job. After thinking about it, she clearly seemed to be projecting because she was completely miserable and probably does not like her job. She left the room and let the door slam behind her, and never said anything about having a good day or "hope you feel better". Of the handful of… doctors I have ever dealt with she is easily the worst.

She is great and understanding. Love her

Stunned to see so many reviews about her having poor behaviors. I haven't seen any of these characteristics during my visits. Dr. Casario has been prompt, patient, and knowledgable during all of my visits. Don't let the low review score scare you, like this is a case of "the squeaky wheel gets the grease".

Dr Casario is a very very gifted doctor. She shows almost family like concern for her patients while maintaining completely professional approach. She is the kind of person who you would value having as a friend. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She always has something new for me to adopt into my lifestyle. When I follow her direction it always turns out great. The medical profession is very lucky to have her. She is accepting new patients. That represents tremendous opportunity for someone looking for the complete doctor.

She was very unprofessional. I was shell shocked by the time I left. She was rude, judgmental, condescending, critical, confrontational, difficult, arrogant, and didactic.

Bad bed side manner. Lacks compassion . She is only a D.O not an M.D but acts like a natural born know it all . Doesn’t listen well, I feel bad for her husband and children . Definitely do not see her .

Terrible experience. She was condensending and did not even care to listen to my concerns as a patient. I had to tell her what diagnostics I wanted done. She had no regard for me as a person or as a patient. Her bed side manner was poor at best.

I was on a controlled substance for years with no problems from any physician and no abuse problems from myself. I saw this women because my regular physician was booked up and she treated me like a criminal from the start. She tried switching my medication and wouldn’t explain when I asked what she was switching me to. Asked me a lot of round-about questions about my usage. Offered no explanation for why she practically threw a water bottle at me (drug test). I literally had to ask her why she was handing this to me. At the end of our appt she was arguing with me and walked away to hide in the back room. I left that day without my controlled medication as well as my allergy medication. This was an absolutely absurd and scarring experience and I do not recommend seeing her.

Great staff and quick and easy visit. And I'm going to live!

She's now located in Wexford at Dr Thomas Carmen & Associates. I hate going to the Doctor and only go when I really have to. She was rude and impatient and refused to listen to me when I tried to explain what pain I had. Dr Carmen is wonderful but Casario is a waste of time. Hold out for an appointment with one of the other real professionals in that office.
