This place is awful. She is awful. First, you wait two hours in the waiting room (my mother has been going to her for years and yes it’s torture every time). Second, she will have you complete medical tests and will sit on them for over a week. My mom had blood tests done and returned two weeks later. When my mom returned, the doctor called the ambulance because her hemoglobin was 4! 4!!!!!!! So the dr had my mother drive to see her when her hemoglobin was 4 just to take the co pay and wait in the waiting room for two hours then call the ambulance. What?!?! Yea that happened!!!! I thought doctors weren’t supposed to do patients harm. Where are her ethics?! My mom could have died or passed out! So after my mom was rushed to the ER, my father and sister went to pick up her car at her office. They asked what happened. Btw my dad is on her medical release info. The dr hid in the back and refused to acknowledge my terrified family. Her cronies/ mob bodyguards told my family she would not… talk to them. Btw, it ended up that my mom has a rare T cell lymphoma. So thanks dr! Anyone know other ways I can warn the public about her?

The doctor and girls are awesome in this office. They fit me in whenever I need an appointment. I left a physician that had a three month waiting time for a sick visit. This office is very accommodating.

The lady in the front is fantastic and will go above and beyond the call of duty. The doctor is very knowledgeable and cares a great deal about her patients. The wait time can be a little long, but the patients have nothing but nice things to say about her.

I was very unhappy with this office I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor to tell me that I need to diet and exercise, I'm 5'8 and 169lbs I'm not overweight, and after the visit she tried to sell me Juice plus, and after the visit the med. ast. tried to sell me mary kay this office is crazy trying to take you coins, I will be changing to another provider.

I waited over 2.5 hours the last few times I've gone there and I had scheduled appointments each time. I complained to the doctor and she told me that she fell behind. Well, come to find out, they triple to quadruple book their time slots on their calendar. The guy who does the scheduling told be they had 4 people already coming in at 8:30 AM. Why would the book 4 people at the same time when they only have 1 doctor available and NO nurse?? This is so unfair considering many of these patients are ill and/or in pain and have to sit there for hours waiting to be seen. Not to mention, the long exposure to all of the germs that accumlate in the waiting room. To make matter worse, I asked them to fill out my FMLA papers for work and they wanted to charge me $75 to fill it out!! My orthopedic doctors (who is a specialist) only charges $15!! This place is outrageous and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will DEFINITELY be finding a new doctor and plan to file a formal complaint about… this office. They should not be allowed to do this.

this dr seems more concerned with her profits than patient care/ i have waited 2 1/2 hours for a booked appointment/staff is too busy-they are her family, and doctor tries to push her own supplements and supply prescriptions in her office rather than going to your own pharmacy/overly concerned with insurance before helping sick patient

Long wait times, often over 3 hours. Medical charts stacked everywhere in the front office. Mid 70's decor spruced up with an abundance of Weight loss center ads which is run out of that office.Will only give a 30 day supply of medicine. Sells the medicine there in the office. Requests to give 90 day supply so I can order it through my prescription plan falls on deaf ears. Must schedule appointment and wait at least 2 hours for another 30 day supply. Office staff is indifferent at best. I have been with this doctor for 3 years; I must have some sado-masochistic tendencies. If you are near to the end of your life and have nothing better to do with your time, then this is the doctor for you.

Dr. Elisabeth is very knowledgeable and caring. I have only had great experiences with her and her staff.

I was treated by Dr. Elisabeth, she is amazing as a doctor. She found that I had a rare congenital condition that runs in my family that I wasn't even aware of it. Thanks to her, I was able to treat it on time, and today Im more healthy than ever. My primary language is Spanish, and her staff helped me with everything starting from the front desk, translation, explaining me everthing, and referred me to the right specialist. I had to wait a little bit to be seen, but totally worth it. When I was seen by Dr Elisabeth, she took her time to treat me, educate me and help me. Thanks!!!
