Dr. Elise Ann Wallo, MD

Took my Mom to the ER for BP/ pulse issues. We were there a good while and they were busy. Was treated nice by the nurses we saw. Then we saw Dr. Wallo and she was very nice and listened about the issue. Friendly and understanding. Treated her for the problem. And we were discharged. Had a good experience.

Saw this doctor in the ER. She administered a test, that would definitely come back positive in a patient like me, and then filed out the questionnaire that goes with the positive result incorrectly. The questionnaire answers could have been found in my chart or by asking me. Instead, she came in, insisted on a test that was unnecessary based on the incorrect responses she put on the questionnaire. The test never happened, and I recently discovered that reason was false as well. The only thing this doctor did was ensure that my fear & dislike of doctors would continue, and I would be even less likely to go to an ER, even if a doctor I trust said that it was necessary. They also lied about talking to a specialist that I see who would have needed to be involved with this test. This practice & hospital have done this before. If they think that they will get patients that way, they're wrong. I won't even go to that hospital again, except to see a specific doctor I trust.
