Dr. Elizabeta Kovkarova-Naumovski, MD, MD

I used to think Dr Elizabeta was a caring Doctor. I was unfortunately out of her area for a year and I did not see her for a year. I called to schedule an appointment which was given for a time in over 4 months in the future. I was dealing with that. However a few weeks later I came down with a bad cold and was having issues breathing so I called to get a refill of a inhaler she had prescribed for over 10 years. The nurse I talked to was absolutely rude saying there was no way that could be done. Then she scheduled me a video appointment with nurse practitioner in 4 days while I am having troubles now. The nurse says “you can always go to the emergency room”. People wonder why insurance is so high with the lack of general care or understanding. I ask to speak to Dr Elizabeta and a nurse called back basically reinforcing the denial. Dr Elizabeta could not take 2 minutes to hear of my circumstances leading to the year off. Do you really want someone like this advising you in… important medical decisions? I know I do not.

Dr. Naumovski is the best. She is smart, kind, and dedicated. She really listens to her patients and never rushes you out. Whenever I have a question or concern, I always get a prompt response from her. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor they can rely on.

I've never had a PCP like her. She takes time to listen and takes time to get to know you. I was having some stomached pain and I sent her a message. She got back to me relatively quickly, got me an appointment for the next day and listened to my problem. She ended up sending me to the ER. Mercy's ER doctor initially dismissed my pain and said it was probably cramps from my period 3 weeks before (I don't get cramps)and I have a high pain tolerance so for me to be in pain is a huge deal. Only after an CT, did the ER doctor see there was a mass. If it wasn't for her and her listening to me and not dismissing it, I would have never went to the ER. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. NAUMOVSKI. I'm so thankful to found a pcp like her. I didn't think good doctors actually existed and really listened and cared. She really is amazing.
