Dr. Elizabeth-Ann Ruberg, DO

Don’t even bother trying to get help, she doesn’t care. She talks over you at every opportunity and is about as helpful as WebMD. With so much arrogance, she doesn’t care about the patient. The most insight she’s capable of is she believes the answer to everything is swimming and cutting out salt. She’s very ready to remind you that she’s the doctor and you aren’t.

I would give her a zero. This doctor is cold and not personable at all. She doesn't even ask me how I am. She makes NO comments about good things I am doing to improve my health. Things that I have worked hard for and am very proud of. I feel as though she doesn't even see me or hear me. She just makes negative comments and I feel tremendous anxiety being in the room with her. If I was seriously sick I would not feel confident at all with her being "in charge" of my care. I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE WITH HER. I will never go back to her again. I would rather have no doctor than her. It is time for her to retire.

Very negative. Never asks you anything about what kind of work you do. Never asks you how you feel but jumps right into negative criticisms as she looks at her computer. I feel like I mean nothing to her. Very cold and impersonal. Does not give you any credit for your health improvement achievements that you have worked hard for. I have no confidence in her anymore.

AWFUL Doctor , She never listed had an anwser for everything you said and was wrong.I changed pcp in march2021. Good thing I Quit going to Dr.E Ruberg. never sent me for all the tests. I needed if I still was going to her ,Isoon would be dead

She is very thorough and concerned about your health. I feel she is an excellent doctor.

I visited the doctor twice. The first time she is kind and caring about what I said. The second time she seemed like changed to an opposite person, very rude and shouted at me because I wanted to know more details about lab tests. Never ever waste your time on this doctor. Most horrible ever seen. She told me that she would waste time to read my lab test as long as the conclusion from the lab said it is ok.

Made the mistake of choosing this Dr. out of a line up as my PCP. Has never provided caring or even competent care during several visits. Have since moved on and will never go back.

Dr Ruberg has been my primary doctor for about 20 years now and I feel grateful for having had the benefit of her services. She has always been interested, skilled, attentive to info I have given her, caring, very professional, intuitive. Actually I have felt as if she has saved my life several times with her attention to detail with strong follow up.

i dont know what half of these people are talking about but she is by far the worst dr i have ever seen. i have been sick gor over 6 months and have had repeated visits with her. they have not helped me at all. i am ready to lose my second job bc of their incompitance. there is something seriously wrong with me and she doesnt listen to a word i say to her. i am switching drs asap and wouldnt recommend her to anyone. every dr that I spoke to had also heard nothing but negative things about her as well. Do NOT waste your time with this office. go see someone who actyally has a clue as to what they are doing.

I am new to the area, and chose this dr from her reviews. People are right, the staff is amazing, the dr is smart and caring. I love it here. So glad I found her!
