Horrible and non empathetic. She undermines all your traumatic experiences instead of really understanding them.

I feel like I could not be luckier to have this therapist and good human in my life. I have been with her for a long time. She is the kindest, most empathetic and genuine human and therapist I have ever had. She is also incredibility smart, talented and experienced in her craft. She has really helped me to become a healthier person. Grateful to know her and have the opportunity to be seen by her.

Dr. Bowman is a wonderful psychologist and therapist. I have been to many therapists over the past 20 years; she is both intuitive and attuned. It surprised me how much she understood me in a our initial meetings. She is kind, caring and has a great sense of humor. I can't recommend her more emphatically.

If you have PTSD, just know that she is not for you. She was not compassionate or kind at all. When I told her about my trauma, she just said, this is trauma. No empathy at all. Please avoid if possible.
