This is for her staff, Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor and it's ashamed that her staff is going to cost her patient's. I have been waiting a week for authorization for a Stress Test I'm having due to chest pains, unacceptable because you can have it in one day. I have heard from other patient's that hey are leaving due to the staff.

I think Dr Brown is very good. She takes time with you and explains things. She doesnt make you wait like most doctors. She has a great bedside manner.

Door should open at least 15 minutes PRIOR to the first appointment of the day! - certainly when you face a large notice about refusal to be seen if you are late - that time should be taken for the Doctor to FAMILIARIZE herself with the patients scheduled for the day - NO ONE wants to go into an office be seated in an exam waiting then told the Doctor will see you in another room BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T BOTHER TO WALK 4 feet into the next room - only to find her perched in a high chair asking 'Do you want to tell me WHY you are here today? SERIOUSLY REVIEW YOUR PATIENTS BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT THEN YOU WOULD KNOW THAT THEY ARE THERE AT YOUR REQUEST FOR A FOLLOW UP - she has become HORRIBLE at patient care

I have been seeing Dr Brown for about 10 years. She has always been caring and very thorough. She actually saved my life after open heart surgery, when my cardiologist's receptionist would not let me talk to him. I was hemorrhaging from Coumadin. I trust her with all my medical needs.

I was so sick when i came to Dr. Brown's office. Her wonderful staff saw how bad I felt and took me to a room immediately. Dr. Brown was so compassionate and treated me with such respect. I have a lot of serious medical problems and she treated all of them on the first visit! My referrrals were done while I was still there and she evene-mailedmy prescriptions to the pharmacy so I didn't have to wait! This is how a doctor's office should be! Thank you!

DR BROWNS STAFF IS THE GREATEST EVER. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND TREAT ME HOW I WANT TO BE TREATED. DR BROWN TOOK HER TIME WITH ME AND MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL. SHE DOESNT JUST MEDICATE ME WITH PAIN PILLS SHE TRIES TO FIX MY PROBLEM AND IS VERY CARING TO MY NEEDS!!!!!!!!! I LOVE HER AND WILL STAY WITH HER ALWAYS. <3 <3 <3
