I have been a patient of Dr. Burnell for a long time, years. She is the most caring, sensitive physician that I have ever been too. She takes time with you and truly cares about how you are feeling. I have had to wait a few times after being in an exam room for her, but I know that she is going to be spending time with me as well, and answer any questions that I may have.

the doctor is great her staff are all screw ups and lazy they never answer the phone they give you the wrong appointment dates because they don't get back to you on time and leave you without much needed medications because they are too lazy to answer or return calls and when they do they call in the wrong strengths or amounts they are completely inept the only good one with a brain that actually cares is the doctor I recommend dealing directly with her and not her staff

I have only been in the area a short time and needed a physician. I luckily stubled upon Dr. Burnell. She was very nice, thorough, and her staff was more than accommodating. The wait in her office is no longer than any other. I have been there several times now and none of my wait times was significantly loner than another.
