Having worked with hundreds of doctors, as a nurse, as well a having been treated by many, I have found Dr. Assenmacher to be one of the top 3 physicians I have worked with, or known, around the country. She has an excellent bedside manner, is kind, respectful, patient, truly listens and provides feedback, and has a non-judgmental approach. I felt like a person, rather than a number. If I could have her as my primary care physician, rather than my surgeon, I would, but I am happy for her hands and her team, and that surgery does not feel like the bottom line and goal, but actually resolving my pain/issue.

Dr Assenmacher is one of the best physicians I have ever come across. She has exceptional bedside manner and thoroughly cares about her patients. I chose Dr Assenmacher because she treated my mother and was exceptional with her as well.
