Dr. Elizabeth Marie Cerva, DO

I have been with this practice for less than five months. Making the decision to move into this practice was the best decision made. The doctor and the entire staff are always available, helpful and kind. It has been a pleasure and comfort being a part of this practice.

Dr Cerva is very professional and knowledgeable. She spends the tome with you in order to make an informed decision. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.

Just paid Quest Diagnostics over $700.00 for blood work, ordered by Dr. Cerva, which Medicare said was medically unnecessary and therefore would not pay for the tests. I called and visited the office several times, with no help from any one there. I was told , by the office, for me to call Medicare to get the correct codes that should be used to send paperwork to Medicare for payment. Of course, they would not and I was right back where I started. When I called Quest, I was told they reached out to Dr. Cervas office twice to ask for correct paperwork. Quest advised me they never heard back from them. So, after trying to get help from the doctor and her office for 11 months, I finally had to pay the bill of over $700.00. Also, I had to contact the office several times, before I could get a prescription for a mammogram. I have left the service, because I can not afford to stay there, either financially or emotionally.

First doctor that took her time to evaluate my problems. Her staff and office is amazing everyone including doctor Cerva was amazing.
