Takes all the time to discuss concerns or have questions and do not feel rushed. The whole Staff is wonderful, from check in to blood draw.

Dr. Clay is the best doctor I’ve ever had! She takes time to listen and does her best to help. I never feel rushed.

Both Dr. Clay and Nurse Practitioner Hayes are very personable, compassionate, and informative. They talk to you. They also both listen to your concerns, a necessary quality I require. The staff is both helpful and knowledgeable. There is one CON which is out of the physician's and staff's hands. lt is the third party call system. IT IS TERRIBLE. No line to leave direct messages with nurse and/or doctor's plus the reliability of having messages on weekend forwarded correctly leaves a lot to be desired. This third party takes away from the personable relationship the physician and patient make while having direct discourse during appointment times. I hope the third party problem is rectified or seriously restructured. I would hate to call another time as requested by the doctor and although message marked sent by third party was never received after first calling on Friday, not hearing back, and double checking again the weekend and still not hearing back. I was given a bogus excuse by… third party which I verified Monday when I went in to see Dr. Clay. (I would like to speak directly to whomever is in charge of third party handling.)
