Words are not enough to describe my incredible experience at North Jersey Orthodontics. Dr. Ellen and her staff are so friendly and welcoming! I was super nervous at first to get braces, but they made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

All three of my children had braces and this is my second time around with braces….. two of my children had another orthodontist in Wayne but my third child and I used Dr. Ellen. Our experience was fantastic, from our very first meeting it was and easy and fast experience. Dr. Ellen is by far one of the most down to earth doctors and has an excellent bed side manor, I miss her stories. Her staff was always helpful and worked very well with our insurance carrier. I now recommend her to all our friends who may need braces and wished we had met her earlier.

Dr. Ellen and her staff have 2 convenient offices located in the Northern Jersey area. She has a personable approach; you leave her office feeling like she cares about YOU. She can transform challenging teeth into a beautiful smile. Her office is extremely clean and well managed. Her approach is like no other.

Dr. Elizabeth Ellen is one of the most professional, genuine doctor in Passaic county. Excellent service with a great staff. She took the time to explain and answer all of my questions thoroughly and I never had any doubts or felt rushed about the procedures or the timeframe regarding the service rendered. Easy to make an appointment, no wait-time, an exceptional and professional orthodontist who communicates honestly with parents. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my children's braces. Dr. Ellen has treated all three of our children and we were thrilled with the outcome! My own teeth had shifted since my first braces as a teen, so I too became a patient, and I am very pleased with my new smile as well. During our consultations, Dr. Ellen described very clearly her plan for each of us, and she was able to accomplish our beautiful smiles within the timeframe she predicted. She and her staff were great with our children, and we never waited more than a few minutes to get into her chair. Her office is run very efficiently, and we never had a problem getting an appointment because she is very accommodating. She even saw us on a weekend a few times over the years when our kids broke a wire and were too uncomfortable waiting to see her until official office hours. I highly recommend Dr. Ellen!

When I met my husband in his early 20s, his teeth were a mess and we both knew it’s time to have them finally fixed although it is unusual to wear braces in his age. Dr. Ellen was so professional, gentle and easy to work with throughout the whole process, she made it such a breeze! And I mean no waiting, she made sure he was comfortable, she even met him out of her working hours to ensure nothing was hurting or felt too tight. And finally financially. We couldn’t afford to pay for braces outright but Dr. Ellen worked with us and created a payment plan That was suitable for our financial needs. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful, we can’t thank you enough for this experience. Well worth it!!
