I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this provider. During my appointment, I felt unheard and dismissed, as she struggled to understand my concerns. The communication was poor, and I left the visit feeling belittled.To make matters worse, she ordered tests that were unnecessary and wasted my time. The assessment felt disorganized. When I later called for my test results, I was met with interruptions and dismissive behavior. I tried to express my concerns about the inappropriate tests, but her response was shocking. She told me, verbatim, “You don’t have control over your care; that’s not how it works. You have no say.”This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Patients should always be active participants in their healthcare decisions. It was unsettling to encounter such disregard for personal autonomy.In my opinion, this provider’s approach to patient care was inadequate and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to seek care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience. EASY AND QUICK to get an appointment and be seen. Needed to have a physical done and the nursing staff and APRN Beth Ferland were awesome. Very personable, listened to all my concerns and explained answers to me and the processes as to why things were done and needed. If this wasn’t through my work place I would highly think of changing my primary care physician to APRN Ferland. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

My Dr, Kezler retired,,and Inhad gone to her for over 35 years. She transferred her patients to Dr, EDE, a one Dr. office. It over a half hour on the phone, press one, press two, etc, like a business, and I near got through to a human being.. I hung up, tried again, same thing.. If it takes this much to get an appt, it’s not worth it,,I went with another group,and did get an appt, so I will not be using Dr. Ede. I respected anyone Dr. Keszler recommended, but this totally turned me off. Imagine if I had something serious, and it was this much trouble getting an appointment?
