The doctor and staff are the best!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't even think about going there if you are looking for a good attitude towards yourself. On the day of my appointing at 9 am, they called me and said that they’re cancelling it. It was morning and naturally I took time off from work for this. I was signed up the next day. My appointment was at 10:45 am, I arrived at 10:30 am to fill out the papers, some of which, by the way, are so poorly printed that it is impossible to read what they require to sign. I was called to the doctor only at 11:50 am, the nurse asked me questions and asked me to undress, saying that the doctor would come now. I sat naked in the ice room for 30 minutes !!!!! and no one came, I dressed and started looking for help, the girl from the reception came running and started telling me to calm down. Only after that the doctor came and began to examine me. Nobody has apologized for this. I spent 2.5 hours there for an check up which took 10 minutes and left feeling terrible.

Horrible, almost 3 hours of waiting time is disrespectful for patients

First off, I went there twice. First visit was a three hour wait. I went for a routine Pap smear. Heard back from her office about a week later advertising Botox ( which I can’t even have due to a medical condition I have that is SPECIFIED on her charts. And Botox... in a gynecology office...) So I thought everything was fine with my test because I didn’t hear from them for about a month... wrong. They called me a month later saying I had an abnormality in my test and that I should be seen. A MONTH later. Those tests take about a week, tops. So I go in again, wait for four hours this time... she told me there was an abnormality and didn’t suggest a follow up or anything for better clarification. It gets better... a year later (today) I get a text message from their office saying they want to send a prescription to my pharmacy for an “abnormality” I had on my test results. This woman and her office are a scam. Be advised.

Was super helpful and attentive and caring.

I was having the worst possible day and Dr. Elizabeth helped through the process of losing a pregnancy. She was extremely attentive, She did not rush the visit. She sits and listened and gave me some great advice. I felt as if a big chip fall off my shoulder after I spoke with her. It was extremely therapeutic, I was in a really bad shape, physically and mentally. I thank God for that visit and for Dr. Elizabeth Fernandez. Thank you again Dr. Elizabeth. I recommend her to anyone. Great Doctor.

The worst Dr. There is! Don't you ever go there! It is a waste of time, always cancelling appts.

This office is a DISASTER. They are very disorganized which makes for VERY long visits. Changing to a new doctor immediately

Her office is horrible!!! My first appt I waited 3 hours. I had a miscarriage and had to be seen in the ER because she was out of town and there was no ultrasound tech working the entire week. I had an appointment scheduled for a week after the miscarriage to get my hormone levels checked. 5 days after the miscarriage I was still passing blood clots and all I could get was a nurse's voicemail. The follow up appointment was cancelled by her office and her staff were so difficult in rescheduling.
