I have been seen by Dr. Fitzgerald several times now. I did not have problem with waiting. I was taken in promptly and had no problem scheduling next appointment. However, I agree with some of her patients that she needs to spent little more time with a patient discussing not only one option but several ones and let the patient pick. She gave me only one option. I went to another dermatology doctor and he discussed with me a different option, which those 2 could have been combined by Dr. Fitzgerald. To all doctors: please pay attention to your patients and give them your time, be a friend listening to their concerns.

It is difficult to get an appointment with her & she doesn't allow her patients to come in even a minute late. However she is always late coming into the exam room by at least a half an hour everytime. The appt's are always five minutes long before she interrupts you and rushes out the door.

the office staff is so rude and always looking to cancel appointments so they can get out early. So why schedule them???? I went there only because they had the first available apt but now I know why.

I like and respect Dr. Fitzgerald a lot. She definitely knows her stuff but as far as the office staff in Jenkintown, they are rude and unprofessional. I was 5 mins. late (told my apt was 8:15 but I had 8:30 in my appointment book) for an appt. and I was told I would have to wait until the doctor could "fit me in". I waited 45 mins, no one said anything to me and I finally left. This is ridiculous!!! I have seen her again and reported what the office staff did but I don't think any changes will be made. If she wasn't as good as I have found her to be, I wouldn't be going back.

I have been to Dr. Fitzgerald's office several times. I have never had a bad experience with the doctor. She is thorough and very friendly. The office staff not so much. As with all specialists, it can take several weeks to get an appointment.

I have been to Dr. Fitzgerald's office 3-4 times for skin checks. I have never had a good experience. I do think that the doctor is competent and friendly but the office staff is rude, it can take several weeks to get an appointment (even if there is something you are concerned about), and if you are even 5 minutes late for an appointment, the doctor will refuse to see you. I would look elsewhere for a doctor to avoid the level of aggravation you can get with this office.
